Dedicated to the sport. Has built a distance program in a state that is not climate-wise friendly. Has developed a community of runners that are leaders, academically at the top and are encouraging one another. He understands team and is very knowledgeable. He goes beyond coaching in developing relationships that will be a long-lasting with his athletes. He uses the sport to develop men and women so that they are prepared for their future endeavors.
