I wish I had seen these reviews a few years ago. One of the worst managers I have had the misfortune to know. Has no clue about the game, and absolutely no clue how to manage young people. Gives zero support or encouragement. How can a coach with such a poor record and reputation remain in his position for 20 years+?

Terrible coach. Hard to approach, not easy to talk to, very stubborn. Only knows the game through the book, no natural knowing of the game, no outside the box thinking. Will not help you in tough times. Will not try to give you positive feedback to help build your confidence. Only breaks you down.
