Even in playoffs and post game interviews he blamed the TEAM and never took accountability for himself or staff. He never changed anything. He quit on this team and blamed them for their mistakes. He looks good in a conference that’s does not challenge them and he does not handle a challenge at all except to pass blame on others!!! He calls the plays, he coaches the QB’s, all is his fault!! Take accountability and quit judging players and making them sit . Your judgement of others should only be left to God not you!!!

Found this environment very disappointing. Not what we sent our son for. Promised many things!! Only cares about himself and letting his own children play and attend school for free!! Great players sit while his own children travel and play.

I have followed college sports for many decades, I coached football and track and field for many decades, and I can assure any parent or player that you will not find any coach in any sport more devoted to the success of his players both on and off the field than Pedro Arruza.

Players dedicate themselves and spend summers working out spending their own money staying in the area for a chance to play. My son a starter was injured and did not get this spot back while other players did. Maybe not the right race??
