He tries to coach by fear. This isn’t football. The last thing you want as a player, is to not want your coach around. He’s relatively clueless about the mental and swing aspects of the game. Glorified bus driver at this point. How has he been coach for 15 years and still does not have a deal with a course in the area that the team can play at anytime? Time for the school to find a new coach who cares.

Demeaning and hot headed no motivation when all you do is scream at the team. The entire team always played scared. Even when they did perform it wasn’t enough. Time for the coach to go!
