Lots of discontent with parents. It’s not all about winning. Worst coach we’ve had in years. We have all expressed our dissatisfaction with admin but no response. We need to get this coach replaced immediately. Bad coaching. Horrible attitude. Nasty temperament.

Worst coach I’ve ever had! He’s an angry, mean, impatient coach that just seems like an old grumpy unhappy person taking it out on his team. Sorry you lost your job at Pepperdine but don’t take your frustrations out on Oak Christian kids man.

He’s my coach at Oaks and he plays favorites. I may not be as skilled as my teammates but I try and works hard. All he focuses on is the best and top players Just cares about winning.

Coach Hirtensteiner is such a horrible person and a horrible coach. He has zero organization, talks rudely and condescending to the team. Not sure why the school hired him as there are better options out there. Hope Oaks gets rid of him soon. He may win games but he isn’t winning any hearts.

Coach Hirtensteiner is a terrible person and a terrible coach. He runs an undisciplined program, with no consistency and really only cares about collecting his paycheck. He does not connect with any of the players, has no sense of what a winning culture is all about. He allows athletes to get banned by the ncaa still practice, get DUIs and not miss a game, miss the bus and still play, and be late or skip practice with no consequences. He does not reward hard work at all.
