Coach spends more time with the team focusing on things that do not directly correlate to on ice performance. This becomes increasingly difficult for the players to stay motivated as the season goes on. This also leads to a lack of cohesion as a 5 man unit in comparison to other teams by the time we reach the second half of the season.

This man has not graduated a full recruiting class yet, all while boasting a losing record. Skidmore would be better off cutting the program.

He has cut more kids in his tenure than any competitive program - Skidmore and Hutch are the running joke in college hockey.

Hutch has been manipulative only being friendly when he wants something from you. Told upperclassmen, guys he didn't recruit, that they were inherited and has shown favoritism and preference to players that he has recruited. Has shown there is one standard for certain players and a different one for others.

Rob gets the most out of each individual. As a young coach he is easy to relate to and shows how much he cares about everyone. Definitely someone that earns your respect and someone you want to impress every day.

It is D III sports, therefore he is more focused on helping his players with internships and jobs. Only very few players decide to play the sport after college.
