AccessibleCoolDirectIntenseMy biggest criticism of my coaches is the hypocritical environment they created. Hard work was said to be the highest value but was never rewarded and players who fought for a chance to get playing time got a pat on the back if they were lucky. By my senior year I wasn't one of these players so I don't feel my position is completely bias, this was an occurrence I witnessed with my teammates. I understand that a coaches job is difficult, and many things were executed well by this staff, but I think fairness and honesty in order to cultivate a team environment should have priority. Or else why will your team want to fight for you?
