He has sexual relationships with students he puts on scholarship. Lost his job at SCSU because of it. Should never coach again.

He is young but Sam is a great coach, very knowledgable and passionate about the sport of track and field. Recently, the St. Cloud State Men's track and field team has been cut from our institution because of a financial deficit. Sam has been an amazing support system for the males undergoing this process and has helped every one of them to find success in their future. It has been a very eye opening experience that really showcases him as a person and how much he cares for the athletes!
