Mean and degrading. Horrible at communicating and picked on players. Pitted teammates against each other. Not respectful and a poor leader. She should not be coaching/mentoring anyone. Her track record in terms of how she treats the players is the same at each school she has coached at; just plain and simple, a horrible coach and her husband is even worse (who coaches with her).

This coach was a bully. She should be leading young women. She was degrading, manipulative, back stabbing and just plane mean. She has no business being a coach.

Coach Sami gave me an opportunity and I am forever grateful. She had high expectations and I am glad she was stubborn to them. Now that I am older I appreciate the directness and honesty from Coach Sami. I always knew where I stood with her.

I am so grateful to coach Sami who helped me through a difficult time in my life. All the staff have given me so much and I will ever be grateful. Her no-nonsense approach was refreshing. The previous coach manipulated and lied. I never felt lied to or manipulated. I wish I had all four years with her.

Love coach sami and staff. The bad ratings came from bad teammates and bad parents. There is evil and this world and I'm glad those players and families are gone. My parents are greatful too. Coach sami and staff have taught me so much about myself and life. I know she cares about me and can depend on her for the rest of my life.

Coach Sami pushed me to be a better player and person. She really cares about the players. She really isn't a coach for everybody. She is only for those who want to better themselves. She is not good for players who do not love the game and who is not a team player. I unfortunately played with some of those and wished i would have told coach sooner

Worst coach I have ever had during my softball career. She ruined the game of softball not only for me and also my other teammates. She would pick favorites and talk badly behind a players back to other teammates. She was emotional and extreme. I would never recommend a player to play or be coached by Sammi Stinz-Ward.
