She is definitely very goal oriented and will work hard with the team to achieve the goals, no matter how long it takes. She claims to be understanding but sometimes when you approach her with a problem (an injury, an issue with another player, etc) she will give a lacksidasicle answer or simply brush it off.

She has good intentions but they don't always come across the right way. It takes time to understand her and persistence to achieve something that you want. She is also very one track minded and does not like to veer from this, which is not always a bad thing.
