While still struggling to reach the whole bandwidth of the team motivationally, he will always support a hard worker no matter what level they come in at. Be determined, honest, and trust his season-orientated process for best results.

He will work you very hard but he knows what he's doing and is a solid technical coach; only improving year on year. He's absolutely passionate about winning and will do everything he can to make sure the team has the best shot possible. Tough coach but will push you to be the best version of yourself you can be.
