He is a very easy coach to play for. There is little to no conditioning and practices are very basic and simple.

Transferred in from a toxic program. Winkler is an Amazing coach. Keeps the fun in the game as well as brings a good balance of coaching the person in life and the player in softball. Lets you be an adult and make your own decisions as well as is very fair in handling consequences of situations like an adult. Respects the person and the player. Would 100% recommend playing for Coach Winkler.

DisorganizedPoor Communication

Played 9 players and dint switch them up even if there were better people on the bench. Didn’t give anyone opportunities after he said he would. Told people they would get a starting spot and then they never saw the field. Practice was very disorganized
