Coach M is new to Salve, but she has really stepped into a difficult role and is handling it really well. Players on the team have some trauma from the previous coach and the tumultuous 2021 season. Coach M cares about what we have to say and takes our opinions into consideration, which is a big change from the previous coach. At the same time, she is knowledgable about the sport and pushes her athletes to be better. Once she gets comfortable, I think she will be very successful at Salve.
