AccessibleCoolDirectIntenseHe was a great player but I don't think he is a great coach. I don't think he understands how to coach females or how to create and enforce a successful team culture. Overall he is a great person off the field, but not the best coach

AccessibleCoolDirectHe cares a lot about his team, one improvement would be holding people accountable and maybe a little more intense

AccessibleCoolDirectIntenseCoach Rychcik was the best coach I have ever played for because he understands the key to success is unity, hard work and balance.
