Simon is very knowledgable, has lots of experience and is highly motivational in season. He can be too relaxed at times.

Amazing coach! He made my experience as an athlete and a college student that much better during my 4 years. Was always very honest, caring and determined to be the best he could be. Not many players can relate to their coach but he was someone I could always talk to about things I was concerned with both on and off the field. Post college I still and always will have a great relationship with all my coaches at Hofstra!
