Many looking to transfer or quit. Cannot be bothered to show up to his own practices on time and completely untrustworthy

He is never in his office to meet and when asked to meet he takes about a day to respond. He changes practice schedule 30 minutes prior to practice. He is 30-45 minutes late to almost every practice. He prioritizes the freshmen over any other class. Does not pay any mind to our academic needs.

He doesn’t prioritize our academic life with athletics, that’s the main reason we are at university. He’s not approachable at all, and shuts down my teammates when they ask questions at practice. It’s sad, but the only thing holding our team together is our disdain for him as a coach. Makes it hard to respect someone who can’t respect us.
