Stephen tries his best with what he is given. With that being said, he sometimes takes a long time to respond to issues unless they are super important.

Easy To Get Along WithPositive PersonRespectful To Players

Truth is he is great and always willing to help but he also has all the athletes to help. Sometimes I think he just does not have enough resources or time to always respond right away or take action but he always will and will get back to you

Stephen is super friendly but you will have to chase him down to get a response on emails/ phone calls.

Stephen is a nice staff member who is a friendly face around the athlete department, but he does take awhile to respond to emails as he is busy with a lot of things.
