Coach Stokes has a positive impact on the student-athlete experience and is really bought in to the whole student aspect. However, rowers who demand more might be looking for a bit more technical knowledge elsewhere.

The worst coach I’ve ever experienced. Unable to communicate. Plays favorites. Little to no coaching. More than half the team quit. Unable to retain rowers. Weak program.
