It’s hard to believe watching him coach in 2024 and not thinking “this guy has to be a stand until a basketball coach can be found”. He can't see the talent from player to player, they on a roll and Time Out!! If a player starts doing well and scoring points he subs them out, it’s like when you are fishing in a boat and killing them, last thing you are doing is moving the boat, not him, if you get rebounds, score or anything on the positive you are coming out. Sadly if a coach with this many years under his belt can not see the fundamentals of the game and more importantly his own players talents he never will. We can only hope he’s fired while the program still has time to repair itself
