Genuine man who lives, eats and breaths soccer. Gives excellent motivational speeches and has a strong idea of what he wants to do, and how he wants to do it. There is a disconnect between the coaching staff that is glaringly obvious and can be frustrating at times. He is intense, and always brutally honest.

A really good guy and cares about his players, helps them out where he can financially and with school work. Always does what is best for the team and the University. Practices were challenging, but could also be light/fun when they needed to be. Had a hard time building relationships with players, he never sat down with me to see how I was doing or tell me what I needed to work on to get more playing time, which is what I would have hoped for out of my coach.
