Players CoachFitness Is ImportantOld School MentalityIntenseHere's the thing about TM. He loves lacrosse, and he loves his players. If you're on the team, he's going to take care of you. However, he really does play favorites. He likes a certain style of player and he only plays them, regardless if there's better players sitting on the bench. As a former player, I have no problem saying when it comes to winning close games it comes down to the talent on the field, not the coaching. He's a good guy, but it's his way or the highway.

AccessibleCoolDirectIntenseGood guy. Can play favorites but does his best to get everyone who deserves it on the field. Motivational, gets me ready to run through a brick wall. Direct, but sometimes to the point of being mean. Overall a good coach.

AccessibleDirectIntenseThinks he knows it all but really doesnt. His way or highway and his way doesn't work. Over works his players and worn out by end of season. Plays favorites. Hypocritical fat boy.
