Feel like he doesn't care about his players, almost seems like he hates his Job at times. Plays favorites and can be a douche to people he doesn't like. But with that said very knowlegible guy who wants to build a program and has been at successful ones in the past.

Coach Grossman is great both on and off the field. He runs his practices with efficiency and gets his players a lot of reps. He cares about the guys on the team and is always there for them if they need help or a job recommendation letter. During practice he works with the goalies while the offensive and defensive coaches work with their units.
