Coach Daley is a good coach. He is very accessible and will always make time for you. He is honest and blunt - which often can be taken the wrong way. I would say he needs to work on his body language when are not going well on the field or during a game.

I play for Coach Daley for the past two years.. I have nothing but good things to say about this good man. He helped me so much during my time at Alabama A&M. The greatest compliment I can give him. I would play for him again!

In just a two-year tenure, Coach Daley completely dismantled a winning program. He inherited a championship-caliber roster built to contend for a conference title, instead of building on that success, he systematically dismissed the team's core players to force a complete overhaul. This reckless roster management broke the team's continuity and led straight into the worst season in program history. Instead of staying to take accountability, he used retirement as a convenient escape hatch to walk away from the wreckage.

I played for Coach Daley for 1 year. This is how I feel. I do honestly believe that he loves the game and really does care about the players. If we needed help we could come to him and he would get it done. Yes he could be a little hard to talk to because he is older and a man, but he did care and understood us. During practice he could be intense, but that showed he cared. People complain all the time about it and when they talked to him he changed. Yes he still kept the practices intense, but he did it in a fun way that helped us learn. There were players on the team that were hard to coach. Those players are the ones that brought the team down. We had a lot of talent this year, but the team atmosphere is the reason we lost many game. Coach Daley is a great coach and I would play for him any day of the week. He was not the problem. The problem was the team atmosphere and one of the assistant coaches around him. The assistant coach loved to pick favorites and she loved to tell lies to Coach Daley which did not help the team. He knows the game and he wants to win and he truly cares about his players.
