exceptional basketball coach who brings a rare blend of knowledge, leadership, and genuine care for his players. He has a deep understanding of the game from skill development to game strategy and knows how to teach it in a way that athletes actually connect with. What stands out most is his ability to build confidence and bring out the best in every player, whether they’re beginners or advanced competitors. His practices are organized, purposeful, and always focused on growth. He communicates clearly, motivates consistently, and creates a team culture built on accountability, hard work, and respect. Any program would be lucky to have a coach with his passion, professionalism, and commitment to developing both strong athletes and strong people.

Because coach Allen still plays, he is a coach that can show you, rather than tell you. That makes learning easy
