Casey and the staff care deeply about his players whether they choose to see it or not. They work so hard to build a good squad and do everything to deepen the connection within the brotherhood. They want to see guys give their all on the pitch and become the best versions of themselves of it. Unfortunately there are always a few who either are selfish or don’t play enough where they become disgruntled and don’t care about the team or appreciate that the staff give their all to this. If you work hard, be a good teammate, and remain positive, then you will get multiple opportunities to prove you belong on the field.

Honestly coach lutz over recruited for the team. I expected to be able to easily flow into his system and maybe be 1 of 4 guys at my position but I got there and there was double that amount. Coach rarely cared about my mental health and was worried more about if I can play for the upcoming years or not. old school style of coach. Team culture was weird more like a bunch of cliques

Coach Amanda is possibly the worst college coach I have ever come across. I’m not sure what qualifications she met to be hired as the head coach because she certainly shows no IQ about soccer. She relies on her assistant coaches for practices and plans, she constantly asks her players for their opinions on team game plans. Last time I checked she had a D license and is a college coach, again I don’t understand how that makes her qualified. She is way too personal with her players, entertaining gossip and whatnot which makes her seem like she is stuck in high school. Her recruitment is terrible as she just focuses on the girls that are fast, can dribble well, and obviously the ones that score. She has no eye for potential and instead recruits girls that don’t benefit the team. She is the reason I, and many other girls, hate soccer. I would not recommend her as a coach if you are still looking to improve and reach your potential.

Coach Amanda is the best decision this program ever made. As a team we are so happy and she and Coach Sam are asking our opinions and making sure we are taken care of. We are excited for the fall season. She is organized and knows what she wants and will get us to the next level.
