    Found him to be very inconsistent with what he says and what he does. Does not give players opportunity to prove. Takes away from player self- esteem. Did not install any offensive plays until into the playoffs. Absolutely poor recruiting. Team got worse after his first year. Brough his buddy to be defensive coach. The guy was barely using high school level schemes. Overall the players I played with all felt the team took multiple steps back in terms of level of play and culture in the team. Returned almost a full team of starters his first year with us. Returning after a loss in conference finals. He barely sniffed the level of play and that was simply because our talent was undeniable.

    This coach only cares about select players. No wonder why he got fired at Delaware they found out how bad of a coach he was. No one will ever hire this psychopath of a coach. Was fired from Arcadia and now Delaware what does that tell you!

    This coach is a terror. He abuses kids mentally and truly has run 80% of his freshmen class off campus. If you are considering Arcadia RUN!

    Not sure how to rate him. Attended his ID clinic, afterward he sent everyone home but asked us to stay for the red carpet treatment and gave a very good sales pitch...but then we never heard from him again?
