Watch your back. He will say one thing and then forget what he was doing. He does his own thing, no matter if others advise in a different direction. If he does not like you it is time to leave, you will no longer get any promotions.

plans practice 15 mins before practice starts, doesn't communicate clearly or in a timely manner, but expects answers back immediately, assistant coaches do all her work for her, knows how to "play the game" with her favorites and Admin so that no one really know what's going on internally in the program, has a revolving door of assistant coaches who she mistreats and moves on to the next, multiple players transferring each and every season, makes micro-aggressive comments as "jokes" and then wonders why people get upset, clubs in Texas and San Antonio won't send athletes there anymore, a good schmoozer to parents and athletes but doesn't provide the culture or the environment she portrays. Her assistants and athletes have had to be put on anti-anxiety meds to cope with her "style" of coaching... brings in her personal life frustrations into the gym and flies off the handle for no reason and then blames the student athletes who then walk on eggshells around her. Told a person going through tough times at home that "people go through hard things all the time and it's just something you'll have to work through"... Overall, one of the worst experiences I've ever had and would never let anyone go through that without knowing the truth.

Disrespectful to female athletes. Makes them call him D-Money. Got the job because his wife is a professor and knows the AD.

She can be tough when needed, but nice and caring as well. Only thing is she picks favorites
