In my experience, coaches need to be strong and motivational, and she fits those narratives. She doesn't make sense 100% of the time but I have seen her push players to get better within a short period. She strives for hard work and gets frustrated when it doesn't show but she cares about her team. If you have a negative review about her, you should really rethink if you want to play sports at a collegiate level.

Ruins the mental health of her players, drives out and punishes players who challenge her respectfully. Check the transfer numbers, is almost killing a D1 program. And it’s not bench players hurtling the portal so they can play more it’s her best players who leave.

Claire was the AT for our daughter when she played lacrosse at Butler. Our daughter tore her ACL in a game & if not for Claire, I really don't know how things would've turned out. Due to her injury, our daughter felt very disconnected & abandoned by her team (mostly her coaches). Claire was a support for our daughter both emotionally & physically. Claire followed up with her after surgery & coordinated appointments with the surgeon. Claire also took the time to understand our daughter's treatment plan & facilitated exercises & treatment prior to her surgery that helped her be prepared & recover quicker. Claire is a well-respected mentor & friend to the SA's she takes care of at Butler. Claire maintains her professionalism while still getting to know her athletes & what is needed for their recovery. Thankful to have her at Butler - we appreciate her knowledge & her personal care.

Great coach, was more than a coach to me. Helped on amd off the court, he was more like a mentor to me. Especially coming from France he made me feel comfortable out there.
