    Poor CommunicationUnderstanding

He is good at being a coach for the purpose of athlete development, but he does sometimes struggle with being personal. You need to be very clear and direct with him, but he will try to help you in the ways you need it.

WIldly unprofessional and immature as a coach. Left our team, stating she was pursuing a new career. Ironically, in the weeks and months to follow, she repeatedly texted players on the team, bad mouthing our head coach and our program. It was sad to see someone who claimed to be a mentor and leader acting like a middle school drama queen. Three college assistant jobs in three years says it all.

Was an amazing player herself and is an incredible coach. I've known her for over 30 years, first as my coach, then as a friend. She started the program at Carnegie Mellon, went on to be the winningest coach in Princeton history and is back at her alma mater, W&M. She is tough but fair, cares about her players, and knows the game in and out. I don't know a soul who didn't love playing for her.
