Sarah is amazing! Sarah may well be one of the best aspects of Davidson XC/TF. Her willingness to help you through injuries is amazing and she is so kind! She's always looking out for athletes and will go above and beyond for them.

Coach Fisher is a great coach. She is the reason I became a coach. Freshman year watching her break down so many things I never even thought about. And then to see the fruits of her labor in my level of play. I was hooked I wanted to be able to do that too! Coach Fisher is always trying to learn and better herself as a coach. She is very knowledgeable about the game. Coach Fisher is who helped to rebuild my swing. I was a two time All-American because of her! I lead the nation in Homeruns… because of what she taught me in my swing. But the biggest reason I became the player I became was because of her time she took out to build us up mentally. I became the toughest mental player I could be because of the foundation she laid. And the culture she cultivated was one of competitive spirit. She didn’t put up with foolishness but was fair. She loves her players deeply. She cares very much about their wellbeing and the outcomes of their lives. She is always a phone call away and willing to help however she can. Coach Fisher saved my life. I don’t know where I would be if it wasn’t for her. If I had the chance to play for her again I would do it all over no doubt!

    DisorganizedPoor Communication

One of the most useless experiences I've had with any counselor/advisor in school. She doesn't seem to be interested in helping the people she advises, instead advises you to go and look into things yourself. She doesn't give you many options as a solution and doesn't try to sit down and help you when you have an inquiry. Not only that but after you are confused she will then indirectly insult you for being incompetent because you are asking for her help. Overall she just seems like someone who isn't working for the students she advises and seems a bit lazy as she tells you to go and figure things out yourself.
