She attempts to present herself as a close friend in personal matters but frequently uses the information she gains to speak negatively about others behind their backs. As a member of the women's team, she contributes to unnecessary drama rather than mitigating it and plays a central role in fostering cliques and encouraging gossip within the team. Her sarcastic remarks, intended to align with the college environment, often fail to acknowledge the emotional impact they have on fellow athletes. Additionally, her understanding of the sport is limited to her personal experience as a former athlete, leaving her unable to provide meaningful insight or assistance regarding topics such as injuries or nutrition.

Although he is quite knowledgeable, he is not a great coach. He does not care about you as an individual outside of running. He will talk about you negatively to other athletes on the team behind your back and overall seems like he can never celebrate the wins or focus on the positive. No one currently on the team likes to be around the team and practice takes away the joys of running.

Very good recruiting coordinator who has been able to land highly-talented players at the University. Used to be a great player back in his day and knows how to coach and develop talent.
