Sadie has been nothing but a joy to have as a coach. She's very open minded and comforting when I got told some bad news. She will stop at nothing to make her team succeds.

I played on the inaugural team I remember during one of our first meetings coaches asked me what I would shoot in Highschool. I told her I never kept score because of my anxiety. What’s wild is that because of the confidence she instilled in me I shot my personal best of 54 at our first ever conference tournament. She keeps an open line of communication. Instead of writing a bad review maybe talk to her first. She’s very understanding. I am a little sad cause I had to move back in with my mom and transfer out. I would have loved to have been coach one more year by her.

What I enjoy about Coach Sadie is that she genuinely cares about us. Last season was our inaugural team and at the end of the season she raised money and gifted us crewnecks that had our names on them and graduation year. It was so cool that I have a keepsake to keep forever to commemorate being a part of the first ECSU women’s golf team! The review that does not recommend her is from a player who yelled at her during a tournament. Instead of getting even with her coach walked away. Any other coach would have reacted immediately out of emotion instead she walked away. Clearly an entitled player making an emotional review instead of one that is based off fact. Yes coach sadie could be better at improving her organization but she is still only part time and pioneering a team is hard. I know she’ll keep improving because she is truly passionate about coaching.

Knows The GameUnderstandingRespectful To PlayersDevelops Team Beyond The FieldCreates A Great Team Culture

Coach Sadie is a young coach. She helped build this team from scratch. Starting a team and navigating a new program as a new college coach is hard. She’s a part time assistant but cares about us full time. Her success is reflected by our own team scores. In our first season barely any of us broke a 100 for 18 holes. This season we started with a huge team win! We even beat the team that won conference last season. Our scores were 73, 84, 97, & 108. 3 out of 5 broke 100! We also just set a new team personal record of 362 and to put it into perspective that is close to 100 strokes less than some of our team scores from our inaugural season. That review that does not recommend her is harsh. Clearly it is a player that is disgruntled and entitled. Writing a false review is horrible. Coach isn’t perfect but she always keeps an open mind and uses the head coach as a big mentor. She will only keep getting better year after year.
