    Poor CommunicationUnderstanding

How do you run a program when coaches don’t show up to work with the players. Thankfully they get guys who grind for that they want to be.

Please beware of this man. In his SID/athletics communication role he was nothing but abusive and weird. Told athletes he rather spit on their field instead of help rake it. He should not be involved around athletics.

One of the best college coaches around- brilliant mind totally soccer. He knows his players strengths and builds upon their weaknesses. An overall great person and a true advocate for his players. I think he is now a coach for a winning team- Rutgers Newark.

Jav has always been a straight shooter with me. Whether it’s good or bad he’s going to tell you directly and not beat around the bush. He’s a reliable coach who is always willing to put in the extra work, even when no other coach will.
