A coach who will make you lose the love for the game!Date: July 12, 2024

IntenseIntensePoor CommunicationDavid was the WORST coach I have ever had in all the years of playing, he was demeaning, rude, lacked compassion and took every opportunity to beat us down. He would call me, other teammates and even coaches stupid, retarded and the list goes on. Would make us run for the entirety of practices, throw equipment if upset and would not care if an injury occurred. David made it his mission to have us fear him and would proceed by saying he was untouchable with the university so there was nothing we could do about it. I would NOT recommend him or his program… STAY AWAY!

DisorganizedPoor CommunicationHe does not know how to motivate his players. He believes playing mind games with them is how he can get them to do what he wants. He is very disorganized, often changing practice plans hours or less before hand.

Believes In YouDedicated To PlayersFairPositive PersonUnderstandingI transferred to FGCU and have found nothing but success under Coach Goodson and her program. She cares about her athletes and wants everyone to succeed. You’re not going to fund a more understanding coach that is willing to put the athlete first at the division one level
