    DisorganizedPoor Communication

A very poor excuse of a coach. Coach Dent does not care about swimming or the team. Let’s be real, his assistants run the program and even then, he points fingers at them when they don’t do things perfectly. He misses practice regularly for unknown reasons or illnesses that seem to never end. Not only that, but he preaches regularly about his mental health and the importance of talking about it, but has no actual concern for anyone’s mental health but his own. He is quick to belittle swimmers and even his assistants in front of other people. He does not take accountability for his actions and decisions, instead it’s always a blame game, it’s always someone else’s fault for his actions and behavior. Very dishonest and poorly organized, does not do anything in a timely manner. Point blank, this is not someone you want to swim for.
