Runs his practices as if they are a Marine boot camp. Verbally abusive to his players. Runs players into the ground. Not honest with players in their evaluations. Poor culture. Plays favorites. Players talk behind each others back. Drama pot organization. Hazing. Assistant coach is extremely negative. Poor recruiter.
