Coach lies to players treat one better than others. Group some players together leaving the other player out. Use disrespectful word to make a player feel like leaving . Allow players to use alcohol and marijuna want test his favorite picked players knowing they’re positive but want to test the players he don’t want on the 1st varsity team. Coach Wallace use players as a cover to protect his other players . When we write grievance it does no good. He the Assistant Director of the athletic department . Nothing is confidential he find out about the paperwork and treat the player worst.

I was looking forward to my collegiate softball experience and she single handedly ruined it. She’s very disorganized and does not communicate with the team adequately. Everything from practice to mandatory team outings are very last minute and she gets upset when we can’t accommodate our schedule to the one she just planned right before the event. She holds certain people to an unbelievably high standard and is upset when those standards are not met. She has favorites on the team and makes exceptions for those she favors that other girls other wise would not have. She also gossips with players about other players. She has created a very toxic environment and team charisma has suffered due to it. She is not competitive at all and the record clearly shows that. Her coaching decisions are completely irrational and she puts her feelings in front of rational decision making. Overall, my time playing under her has been miserable and unsatisfactory.

Doesn’t know how to set her feelings aside and keep her personal vendetta out of decisions. Sets rules and doesn’t follow them herself. Preaches about taking care of your mental health and then destroys her players own mental health.

She is highly hypocritical. Especially when she talks about her dislike for last minute events, but gives less than 10 hours notice for 7 a.m. weights. Also, less than 6 hours notice to pull tarp at 7 a.m. she never takes the blame for her mistakes, always somehow puts the blame on the players. She gives blatant favoritism to players, then never gives chances to other players. She always talks about being competitive and winning, then goes all soft saying that we are almost there, but we are on a losing streak of 8. She never knows when to take pitchers out until we are already in a 10-run deficit.
