No experience playing or coaching beach. Players transfer or quit due to hostile and threatening environment Allison Keuster has created. She fired her assistant coach after 1 week who actually played beach. She never films games or watches tape. Her coaching style is threaten and intimidation. When a player quits the team she yells and threatens the rest of the team. 2025 season 1 coach fired, 4 players quit 2 tournaments into the season there will be more including transfers. AD doesn’t do exit interviews because he says the NCAA doesn’t require it. is probably not aware of the total number of players that have quit or transferred. If a 3 year old program has over 30 women quit and some decommit wouldn’t you as an AD think there is a problem?

    Fitness Is ImportantPoor Communication

She does not communicate when practice or meetings are until last minute. Doesn’t care about individuals training or academics. She has a D1 mindset for a D3 school. She does not care about team chemistry but more so winning. She’s not a bad coach, but needs to work on team chemistry and understanding her athletes. She has a very low return rate for her female athletes especially.
