My experience playing under this coach was unfortunately very discouraging. Throughout my time on the team, I often felt belittled and singled out rather than supported or motivated. There were moments where I was publicly criticized for mistakes, while others received praise for similar efforts, which created an inconsistent and discouraging environment. On several occasions, the coach made comments and gestures that were unprofessional and undermined my confidence as a player. Instead of fostering growth, the atmosphere felt negative and driven by control rather than mentorship. I value constructive criticism and accountability, but the approach taken here was neither motivating nor developmental — it diminished my love for the game and made the overall experience difficult. I would not choose to play under this kind of leadership again.

Allows bullying to happen in within the team. Does not support injured athletes. Nice to parents horrible behind closed doors

Coach Jones has showed me-us a lot. She uses her experience from being a high ranked junior as a teenager, went to a div 1 school and played line 1, played on the pro tour trained and now coaches. Coach was easy to talk to and knows tennis. Look at Lourdes record before she got there and now.

Don’t come looking for development or getting significantly better under him. Will never instill confidence in a player or motivate them. Cares more about roster numbers for administration than the athletes. Not a culture guy. Non attentive in many settings and not much instruction going on outside of baseball situations. Many players injured.
