    Poor Communication

Our daughter has never had a more inflammatory coach who could care less about the team. Fat a*s bully with no redeeming qualities. Doesn't know how to fix in game strategy, can't run a training session, it's all I95 soccer and can barely muster up a positive word to say about anything.

Awful coach, knows nothing about the game. Let’s just say the coaches at Merrimack are more concerned about keeping their picked favorites on the team happy (along with their parents) and giving them a majority of the playing time with no stats to back it up and multiple bad games under the starters belts than winning games. Not only that but if your not put in Paul’s favorite box then you are constantly belittled, criticized, told you’re not good enough, and basically bullied by a grown man. He’s made so many girls hate the sport they play, and sadly hate themselves because of how he treats them.

    Poor Communication

So, you send your daughter off the college, to play the sport she loves but also excels at and she ends up with this scuzz bucket. My kid has had some amazing coaches and coaches with integrity in her career. Not at Merrimack. Can't communicate about the game, can't communicate with the players, can't lead, can't should be his middle name

Strong understanding of basketball and brings a lot of knowledge to the team. One area for growth would be making sure every player feels equally supported and believed in, as consistent encouragement and opportunities can help everyone reach their potential.
