    Played under Kat Mertz 4 years at MSUD - we didn’t always agree but she always cared. She made a not so successful team very successful and left the program in a better place than she found it. She cared about the players safety and prioritized mental health. She instilled a great team culture and made that a number one priority. She didn’t want to just coach good players, but help make sure we were all great people.

    Coach Strain is one of the best coaches I've ever had! He is a great dude both on and off the field! He does everything in his power to help his team become men, which is nice because it helps long term.

    Strain is a good dude. He's confident and knows how to manage a ball club. He makes time for every one of his players and you feel comfortable going to him for anything.
