Throughout Coach Savege's tenure at Nassau, he has continued to display tremendous acts of leadership, and motivation. This is not only present in the amount of JUCO titles he has won, but also how he has been able to create an atmosphere of; consistency, and hard-work to where all of his players can be able to take that to whatever school they decide upon.

Coach Makira is hands down an amazing coach. She helped me grow in my career as a cheerleader. She is so knowledgeable and understanding. I’m so grateful to have had her. She believes in every single one of her athletes and pushes them to be great not only at cheer but in life as well. Thank you coach for always pushing me and making such an impact in my life.

Having Chris as a coach made me realize how lucky I am to play soccer. He shared his love for the game, knowledge and leadership with the team at Nassau Community College. Chris provided a healthy, positive fun environment while teaching and helping us to improve as a team, a player and an individual.
