Loves to over recruit and then cuts half the team. Brings money into the school for these kids to never set foot on the ice during game time. May be experienced, but hasn’t had a stand out team in a long time.

Coach is doing a job with little to no oversight. Does not get held accountable for shortcomings. Will repeatedly tell players how much he loves them, but then will have no problem cutting them from his team 6 months later. Always screaming during the games (at refs and players), manufactures his own added chaos to the games.
