Competing for Coach Anderson as an athlete was a profoundly transformative experience. Very cerebral approach to the game. Created a team environment that people wanted to be a part of and always kept his door (& heart) open to his players.

He has been a coach for years. I'd say that, to a certain extent, he cares too much and isn't always appreciated for it. I know that he spent way more time on the team than what was asked of him and wanted to do anything he could to help his players succeed in every aspect of their careers. He's hard on his players because he wants to get the best from them. I trust him to teach my kid how to be the best at what she does. He's a great guy

Coach Cetin can be very disorganized and is not always knowledgeable about the game. He is not only new to college coaching but coaching in general, mix that with floppy team dynamics created by other than nice players, it creates a dynamic that does not work.

He is knowledgeable, he knows a lot about the game, but I believe that he doesn't use his tools properly. He has a lot of good players that he doesn't even look at when they could be a tremendous help to the team. If he likes you you're golden and you will play, but if somehow you get on his shit list good luck digging yourself out of that hole.

Mark Bolding made some terrible decisions while I was a player for him letting politics cloud his judgment. He was influenced by players parents and also over recruited to the extreme where we had at least 6 people not dressing. He's a nice guy to some extent but I definitely found him to be a disappointment as a coach. He promised alot during the recruitment process and it did not translate over.
