Man lacks character and accountability! May have had the tools to play in the minors, but lacks basic knowledge of the game on a D1 level. In his 8 year tenure, he was managed a overall winning percentage of .342% and a SWAC winning percentage of .418%

Coach Duane is always willing to help any player get the extra work necessary to make the program an elite one. He is very knowledgeable and strategically aware. His drills are creative and he goes above and beyond on and off the court to vouch for the program ensuring that the players have the optimal level of resources. He will push you beyond

i was with coach garcia for three years, and he was a nice man/friend. but as a coach he didn't deal with problems very well. he didn't know how to solve our problem (offense) and drill he did were elementary. he didn't want an assistant coach only a GA. he wasn't organized at all. he just overall wasn't meant to be a D1 collegiate coach.
