Intense coach for sure, loves gritty ball players that arnt total dumbasses, wants the best for all of his players just don’t get on his bad side because he doesn’t forget if you screw him over once, needs to stand up for himself around coaches a little but more but really good dude.

Absolutely not one of the above. The most horrifically manipulative coach(es) I have ever come across. Both him and the associate head coach are master manipulators and should be fired and never be allowed to coach again. 28 athletes have quit volleyball or transferred out in 4 years. These young women become shells of themselves before they even realize what happened. Go back and research how these two came together. Professionally and romantically. Run don’t walk. Do not let your daughter near these two monsters. They 100% do not care about your daughter or her well being. As for coaching, his coaching style brought him some success 20 years ago but he refuses to keep up with the game that volleyball is today. The game today is fast, strategic and a team sport. He/She are incapable of that kind of coaching. There are over 300 other programs to choose from-trust me they don’t deserve your daughter.

Coach Sydney is truly an incredible field hockey coach and an even better person. He is dedicated, encouraging, and always brings a positive attitude to every practice and game. He not only pushes us to perform our best on the field but also teaches us the value of teamwork, discipline, and respect. His passion for the sport shows in everything he does, and he always makes sure every player feels supported and included. Coach Sydney is patient, understanding, and knows how to motivate us to keep improving while still keeping practices fun and enjoyable. I’m really grateful to have him as a coach — he’s made such a positive impact on our team and on me personally.

Creates A Great Team CultureDedicated To PlayersEasy To Get Along WithPassionate About Coaching

Becky is truly an amazing coach, and I am lucky to have been a part of the SHU Women’s Bowling Program. Becky cares about her players well being both on and off the lanes, and has provided me with guidance and advice well into my adult years. She gives players encouragement when needed and instruction on how to improve their skill set, all while practicing patience and demonstrating respect for all. Becky helped create very fond memories, lifelong friendships, and a team culture/cohesiveness that I will forever cherish.
