Assistant Coach Emma Mawn has had a tremendous impact on both the success of the St. Anselm Field Hockey program and the development of its student-athletes. What stands out most about Coach Mawn is her commitment to the individual growth of each player. She consistently invests time working one-on-one with athletes to improve their skills, build confidence, and help them reach their full potential. Her attention to detail, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile have made a meaningful difference in my daughter's development as a player. Beyond individual skill development, Coach Mawn is deeply invested in the success of the entire team. She brings tremendous energy, preparation, and passion to the program every day. Whether it's practice planning, game preparation, player development, or team support, she is fully committed to helping the team achieve its goals. Coach Mawn creates strong relationships with the student-athletes and fosters an environment of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement. She challenges players to be their best while providing the support and encouragement they need to succeed. Her dedication, work ethic, and genuine care for the athletes make her an outstanding coach and mentor.
