Loves his players who put in the work and effort every practice regardless of skill level, obviously still maintains standards of excellence and works to create winning lineups. Demands 110% focus and energy or will make you run otherwise, though that's not a negative since it builds the team.

Coach Todd played at a high level and it shows in his coaching. He will also jump in and play with the team, which is cool and he is pretty good! Overall, Coach Todd is very well rounded, he speaks to us firmly to make a point but not in a disrespectful way. I would recommend him to any program, especially because he is also a player.

I've been attending football games at San Diego Mesa College since the late 1960s and he is one of the best coaches the school has had in the last 30 years or more.

There are plenty of places to play. Play somewhere else. Coaching staff is a big fail.

Never had a coach that cared this much. Always looked out for us, noticed and rewarded hark work over talent. Knows the game better than anyone I know.
