Does not understand the game. Has never played hockey at a high level. Coached as a high school varsity coach. Tries to coach like the team is gonna play pro. If he didn't recruit you you won't play unless you are too good to constantly bench. If you don't room on campus won't play you unless you are too good to keep on bench. Do not not come to SNHU mens hockey unless these 2025-2026 coaches are gone. Straight up Lied to players when confronted. Lost the Locker room early on when on losing streak had a drill in practice for fighting which isn't even aloud.

Had an average experience. Found that head games were common as they were trying to be motivational but just made players work against him. Showed up late to team events. Seemed to care more about academics than the product out on the ice. Team culture would only be cultivated by the team, not the coaching staff.

Hands down the worst Coach I’ve ever had. Divided the team into A vs B, and once you were on B you were better off quitting (which many did). Starters we’re losing, bench’s fault. “Tests you mentally” by putting you under so much pressure you crack. Not a favorite, she doesn’t care about you.

Checked out. Hired some guy Manny Rapkin as an assistant in 22. He runs the team now. MR thinks he's fire but he's Stalin.
