Wish my daughter had played for him all 4 years. My daughter fell in love with soccer again playing for him. Treats the girls right and makes it fun for them! He hired a good assistant. She liked her too.

Coach Juan is an outstanding coach and mentor who genuinely cares about his players. He pushes us to be our best on and off the field, creates a positive team culture, and helps us grow as athletes and people. I’m grateful for his leadership and support.

From my perspective, Coach Juan’s integrity, Godly character, and soccer knowledge are unquestionable. Although his character and coaching were challenged in the past, this season made the truth clear. Under his leadership, the program achieved its most successful season ever—breaking all records, and reaching the National Final for the first time in program history. Juan holds players to standards of accountability, effort, and unity. Those who were toxic and are gone now—or were let go—ultimately proved they were the source of the issues and were damaging the program. Once those influences were removed, the team flourished.
